Getting in shape is not meant to be a torturous endeavor. There may be a sore muscle or two along the way, but I believe getting fit should be enjoyed, not dreaded.
Since I was a young man I have always been into fitness and strived for strength in both body and mind. I have faced my fair share of set backs and injurys but through determination I have always bounced back stronger. This has given me a greater perspective when helping my clients stay motivated and conquer through adversity.
Along the way I have had the honor of working with some pretty amazing people, from clients recovering from serious illness all the way to athletes, My passion for seeing my team succeed is what makes me happy and motivated.
